Is it possible to pay in several instalments?A deposit of 35% is requested upon confirmation of the contract for the production of the spa to begin, after which it is possible to make a financial arrangement for a payment in several installments (Payment in 3x, 6x or 12x). Should I install my spa indoors or outdoors? Each of the two solutions have their advantages and disadvantages. An outdoor installation, many people prefer the experience of being warm outside during the winter. A shelter can be built around the spa to mitigate weather hazards. Indoor installation results in air humidification. It is important to have a well-ventilated room in order to control the humidity level to prevent the appearance of mold. If you opt for an indoor installation, it is important to ask yourself the following questions:- How will I fill my spa?- How will I drain my spa?- Does the spa fit through the door opening?- Is the floor strong enough?

What is the lifespan of a spa?The life of a spa depends on its maintenance. Regular maintenance and good maintenance out of season can considerably extend its lifespan. The spa warranty extends for 10 years from the date of purchase.
-
Does the spa require special maintenance to increase its lifespan?Maintaining the water every week, rinsing the filters once a week and deep cleaning the filters once a month with the FilterClean will allow you to have clear and healthy water as well as filters and filtrations in good condition. When the spa is not in use, it must be covered with the insulated cover.

How do I start my spa? After filling the Spa, your electrician will be able to make the electrical connections. (The electrical diagram is on the cover of the control box located under the Balboa control panel) the connection must be made by a professional electrician (Attention! The spa must never run dry!) The connection made, your spa will begin its start-up by purging the pumps and its first filtration. The spa will automatically start its filtration cycle which will last 2 hours (F2) then 12 hours later the second filtration will start. We advise our customers to increase the filtration mode to (F3) or (F4) depending on use. It takes 8 to 12 hours to heat the spa to a temperature between 35 and 37 degrees.
